We also have an adult On My Honor award that can be awarded (not earned) to adult Scouters giving service to youth in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The requirements are as follows:
Be registered and participate in a Church-sponsored Scouting unit.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Have served a minimum of three years in the Aaronic Priesthood or Primary.
Be thoroughly familiar with the Aaronic Priesthood or Primary program, as shown in an interview with the bishop.
Be worthy, as shown in an interview with the bishop.
Complete the basic training for Scouting leaders.
Only the Bishop nominates eligible candidates for this award.
Like the youth On My Honor, the adult medallion is only worn in ceremonial settings, while the purple square knot on the mylar background is sewn on the uniform above the left pocket to represent the award itself. The adult square knot emblem is simply a reverse color scheme of the youth knot. These knots are used to indicate youth and adult awards in a number of different religious institutions.
